Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will play a key role in supporting recruiting and talent acquisition efforts while also assisting with a variety of HR activities and employee needs.

The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. In addition, this position will provide administrative and operational support across various areas of Human Resources, including employee records, HR inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, benefits support, and HR projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is interested in developing broad experience across recruiting and human resources while working closely with the Company's senior HR leadership. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate candidates based on position requirements and organizational needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and maintain timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, interview activity, and recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, recruiting priorities, and candidate qualifications.
  • Assist with developing and updating job descriptions and job postings.
  • Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee HR questions and requests, escalating more complex matters to the CHRO as appropriate.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and personnel documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Support the administration and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative activities as needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR programs.
  • Assist the CHRO with special projects and other Human Resources initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling employee and company information.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office and project environment while following all applicable safety requirements.
  • Ability to travel to company or project locations as required.
