Job Description

Benefits:

• Bonus based on performance
• Employee discounts
• Flexible schedule
• Training & development

If you are great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems in customer service or sales, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Territory Sales Representatives use those same skills to help homeowners solve frustrating storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.

This position is anchored in Park City and serves homeowners across Park City.

WHAT YOU GET
• Commission-based earnings: 10% on company-generated sales and 19% on self-generated sales. No base salary.
• Flexible part-time schedule: Build your territory around the days you choose as your pipeline grows.
• Monthly bonuses based on performance.
• Mostly field work: 90% in client homes, 10% home office.
• Full training, employee discounts, and support from a growing local team.
• We respond to qualified applicants within 24 hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand their storage frustrations.
• Recommend custom solutions that solve their problems. This is consultative sales, not pushy sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy and to earn referrals.
• Manage your appointments and coordinate with the team.

WHO YOU ARE
• A clear, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable owning results.
• Equipped with a reliable car, phone, computer, and printer.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
• Apply here. A resume is optional.
• Short video: We will text you one question. Reply with a 60-second selfie-style video whenever it suits you. Nothing to schedule.
• Owner conversation: If it is a fit, you will speak with Colin, the owner.

ABOUT ART OF DRAWERS
We create custom pull-out drawer and storage solutions that transform cluttered cabinets into organized, accessible spaces. We are growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard. We provide full training. You bring the people skills and drive.
