This family of three is seeking a highly skilled and health conscious Private Chef to prepare fresh, high quality vegetarian meals for their household. Daily responsibilities include creating thoughtful weekly menus and preparing healthy breakfasts, light lunches, and elevated dinners. Breakfast offerings will typically include nutritious options such as overnight oats, chia seed puddings, smoothies, and similar grab and go items. Lunches may include soups, salads, sandwiches, or other simple meals, occasionally packaged for convenience. Dinner will consist of a thoughtfully prepared three-course meal featuring an appetizer, entrée, and light dessert. The Chef will serve and plated dinner between approximately 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm, ensuring an exceptional dining experience each evening. The Chef will oversee all aspects of meal execution, including menu planning, grocery shopping, kitchen organization, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and variety to weekly menus while introducing new flavors and cuisines that align with the family's preference for nutritious, flavorful meals.
The ideal candidate is a professional with a passion for fresh, organic, health focused cooking and previous experience working as a Private Chef in a private residence. The family follows a vegetarian diet and enjoys a wide variety of cuisines prepared with fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients and a strong emphasis on farm to table cooking. Experience preparing Indian cuisine is required, along with a strong foundation across multiple cuisines and cooking styles. The family places a high value on meals that are freshly prepared and beautifully plated. Above all, the family is seeking someone who is creative, collaborative, efficient, and genuinely enjoys preparing beautiful, nourishing meals that become a memorable part of the family's daily routine.
