Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:

• Manage upfront logistics for virtual events; Facilitate breakout rooms on zoom several times per week for virtual interviews
• Leverage events system to send invites and manage RSVPs
• Manage upfront logistics for in-person events; Book rooms/AV services; Order catering, marketing materials
• Manage candidate travel and expense reimbursement; Answer ad-hoc questions
• Create and submit expense reports; Centrally track all expenses
• Create resume bundles, build interview schedules in Microsoft Excel, print materials, create folders and day-of materials
• Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system for all covered events, including real-time status updates and accurate completion of data
• Complete additional projects and/or tasks to ensure the team can deliver results as needed
• Strong proficiency in Zoom - Manage upfront logistics for virtual events; Facilitate breakout rooms on zoom several times per week for virtual interviews
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
